Extends TopologyValidatorAgent with continuous monitoring mode during active training jobs. Tracks symbol errors, link flaps, buffer overruns via ibstat/perfquery. Feeds anomaly data to LogIntelligenceAgent for cross-agent correlation.

Revenue: 20% IB throughput drop on $500K training run = $100K wasted — detection prevents this.
#1346 Cross-cloud egress cost optimizer — minimise data transfer costs

Egress cost matrix per provider-pair. Estimates data transfer volume (model weights + checkpoints + dataset) for each dispatch decision. Adds egress cost to cross-provider scheduler. Recommends data locality strategy.

Revenue: Hidden cost centre — egress often erases multi-cloud compute savings. Visibility = immediate value.
#1348 Multi-provider SLA enforcement + automated credit recovery

Stores SLA terms per provider. Continuous synthetic latency probes every 5 min. 30-day rolling compliance window. SlaBreach NATS event with credit entitlement calculation. Monthly PDF SLA report per provider.

Revenue: Automated credit claims recover real money from provider outages — direct cash flow.
#1350 GPU utilisation efficiency monitor — detect idle reserved capacity

DCGM metrics ingestion: GPU_UTIL, SM_ACTIVE, MEM_COPY_UTIL. Sustained underutilisation detection: <40% for >2h on reserved capacity = waste alert. UtilisationAlert to NATS with waste cost estimate per day.

Revenue: 1% utilisation improvement on $500K/month fleet = $5K/month recovered.

Synthesis: Market Intelligence Dashboard

#1352 AI Infrastructure Market Intelligence Dashboard — unified view of CoreWeave / Nebius / Lambda pricing and capacity

Aggregates price signals, capacity heat map, vendor risk alerts, fleet exposure %, and quantum backend status into a single GET /v1/market-intelligence endpoint + web dashboard. 15-min Redis cache. This is the product face that converts trial to paid.

Automation — Self-Updating Docs, Benchmarks & TRL

CI/CD

Every feature in the roadmap advances automatically through TRL levels as code is merged. No manual documentation updates required. The pipeline reads issue labels and closed state from the GitHub API, updates the TRL table and benchmark report, and redeploys to GitHub Pages.

Automation Triggers

issue · closed
Issue with label feature closed → feature advances to TRL 4 (if linked PR merged) or TRL 2 (if closed without PR)
pull_request · merged
PR merged to main referencing a feature issue → closes issue, triggers TRL advance + benchmark update
push · docs/benchmarks/**
Any benchmark file change → stamp versioned copy, enforce 5-build retention, deploy to GitHub Pages
workflow_dispatch
Manual trigger to regenerate full TRL + benchmark report without a code change
schedule · weekly
Weekly cron at 00:00 Monday UTC — refresh market price data and capacity forecast in benchmark report
feature-rollout-tracker.yml — TRL Advance on Issue Close
Runs when a feature issue is closed or a PR is merged. Queries the GitHub API for all issues tagged feature, computes their TRL level from their state and linked PR status, and patches docs/benchmarks/trl.html with the updated table. Commits and pushes, then the benchmark-deploy workflow picks up the file change and deploys to Pages.
  1. Checkout repo with fetch-depth: 0
  2. Query GitHub API: GET /repos/{owner}/{repo}/issues?labels=feature&state=all&per_page=100
  3. For each issue: determine TRL from state (open=TRL1, closed+PR=TRL4, PR+CI=TRL5, staging=TRL6)
  4. Run docs/scripts/update-trl.sh to patch the TRL table HTML in-place
  5. Run docs/scripts/update-benchmark.sh to add feature to benchmark report with current TRL
  6. Commit changes: "chore(trl): auto-advance #{issue_number} to TRL {level} [skip ci]"
  7. Push to main → triggers benchmark-deploy.yml → Pages redeployed within 2 min
update-trl.sh — TRL Table Patch Script
Shell script that receives issue number + new TRL level. Uses sed to find the feature row in trl.html by issue anchor and updates the TRL badge class, progress bar width, and status text. Idempotent — safe to run multiple times.
  1. Read ISSUE_NUM, NEW_TRL, STATUS_TEXT from environment variables
  2. Find row: grep -n "issues/${ISSUE_NUM}" docs/benchmarks/trl.html
  3. Patch TRL badge: replace trl-{old} class with trl-{new}
  4. Patch progress bar width: $((NEW_TRL * 11))%
  5. Patch status text span with STATUS_TEXT
  6. Update last_updated meta tag to current UTC timestamp
update-benchmark.sh — Benchmark Report Feature Row
Appends or updates a feature row in docs/benchmarks/benchmark-latest.html. Each feature shows: issue number, title, TRL level, implementation status, linked PR, and performance metrics (once available from CI). Weekly cron refreshes market data rows (GPU prices, capacity signals) from public APIs.
  1. Read feature metadata from GitHub issue via API (title, labels, milestone, linked PR)
  2. Check if feature row already exists in benchmark HTML (by data-issue attribute)
  3. If new: insert row in the "Roadmap Features" section with TRL 1 badge
  4. If existing: update TRL badge, status, and linked PR reference
  5. If performance metrics available (from CI artifact): update latency, throughput, cost columns
  6. Re-sort table by TRL descending (highest TRL = most production-ready = top)
  7. Update summary counters: features at TRL 4+, features at TRL 7+, etc.
